Terms and Conditions

You agree not to redistribute, decompile, rename, or otherwise modify the software, or make it available to non-licensed users. Only the executable files (.ex4) will be distributed. The source code will not be made available.

We guarantee only that the software will function properly on a standard MetaTrader 4 broker. While we strive to make sure our software works on all brokers, some brokers (such as ECN's) with custom MetaTrader implementations may not work correctly with some expert advisors.

No guarantee is made as to the profitability of the expert advisor. The software's trading method is commonly known, and its functionality is explained clearly in the documentation. The user agrees that they are aware of the risks of automated trading, and are solely responsible for their trading activities.

If you discover a programming error, or if the software later becomes non-functional due to a MetaTrader update, we will repair or replace the software upon request at no charge. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any issues, and to provide appropriate documentation as needed.

No refunds will be given for any reason. The user will have ample time to evaluate the demo version before deciding to purchase. User agrees not to initiate a Paypal dispute, chargeback or other claim after purchase.

Any custom programming requests must be paid in advance, including the full price of the software, if applicable. We reserve the right to refuse any custom modification requests if doing so will require substantial modifications or otherwise adversely affect the operation of the software.

If the user wishes to make extensive modifications to the trading strategy, it is suggested they order a custom expert advisor from Easy Expert Forex or another MQL programmer, instead of purchasing this software.

The live version will be emailed to the email address provided below. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. If you have any questions, please let us know in the questions or comments box below.

When you wish to purchase the software, contact us below and an invoice will be sent to your email address. Custom modifications can be ordered at that time. We accept payment via Paypal only. Please allow up to 3 days for custom modifications.

The live version of the software uses account name verification. The first and last names you enter below must match the account name on your live MetaTrader account. Middle names, initials, etc are ignored. You'll be able to use your expert advisor on multiple live broker accounts without having to give us your account number.
