Please read before ordering services from EasyExpertForex.com. By requesting our services and using our software you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Risks and Disclaimers

Forex trading carries substantial risk of loss. Please consider your risk tolerance, bankroll and trading abilities before trading real money on the Forex market.

Although we strive to ensure that your expert advisor is coded to your specifications and is as error-free as possible, please note that we cannot guarantee the profitability or accuracy of your expert advisor.

It is recommended that you thoroughly backtest any expert advisor, as well as forward trade it on a demo account for several weeks before using it on a live account. Please note that actual trading results may not correspond to optimized or backtested results.

All software is to be used at your own risk. EasyExpertForex.com cannot be held liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of our software. You are solely responsible for your trading activities!

Deposit & Payment

A deposit is required before work can begin. The minimum deposit is $50. Any and all time expenditures will be billed at the applicable hourly rate, including programming, testing, debugging and documentation.

We reserve the right to require additional payment at any time during a project. If the unpaid balance exceeds $60, payment of the outstanding balance may be required before work can continue.

The live version of your EA with source code will be released when authorization has been given to finish the project, and only after final payment of any outstanding balance.

Final payment on all projects is due within 30 days of delivery of the latest testing version. A late fee of 15% of the remaining balance may be assessed on late payments.

Refunds

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Easy Expert Forex. No refunds will be given for work that has already been completed. Refunds for unfinished projects will be granted as long as work on the project has not already commenced.

If the final project total is less than the paid deposit, any funds in excess of $25 will be refunded upon request. Excess funds less than $25 will be credited to your next project.

Customer Responsiblities

It is the customer's responsibility to test their expert advisor thoroughly to ensure that it is functioning to specifications, and to clearly describe in detail all trading conditions, program features, errors and adverse trading issues. We cannot be held responsible for issues that have not been brought to our attention.

Customer must provide logs, settings files, screenshots or other documentation when reporting errors or trading issues. Any testing done on the customer's behalf will be billed at the testing and diagnostic rate.

Custom Indicators

While custom indicators can be used in your project, please note that they may not work as intended and may be unsuitable for use in an expert advisor. We assume no responsibility for technical issues related to custom indicators and advise that you contact the original programmer for assistance.

Non-Disclosure

We pledge to hold your trading system and source code in confidence. We will not resell your expert advisor, nor will we publish your system specifications. Receipt of your system specifications or other intellectual property by us will effectively constitute a non-disclosure agreement.

Source Code & Copyright

Unless otherwise specified, all software and source code is for personal use only and may not be resold or publically redistributed without prior agreement.

If you request that your expert advisor be coded from scratch, the project will be treated as a work for hire and the customer will retain copyright over the source code. Otherwise, all software and source code is copyrighted ©2009 EasyExpertForex.com.
