Please read before ordering services from EasyExpertForex.com. By requesting our services and using our software you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Forex trading carries substantial risk of loss. Please consider your risk tolerance, bankroll and financial ability before trading real money on the Forex market.

Although we strive to ensure that your expert advisor is coded to your specifications and is as error-free as possible, please note that we cannot guarantee the profitability or accuracy of your expert advisor. For best results, we recommend that you submit a profitable and well-tested trading system.

While custom indicators can be used in your project, please note that they may not work as intended and may be unsuitable for use in an expert advisor. We assume no responsibility for issues related to custom indicators and advise that you contact the original programmer for assistance.

We pledge to hold your trading system and source code in confidence. We will not resell your expert advisor, nor will we publish your system specifications. However, we do reserve the right to use portions of source code in other projects.

All software and source code is for personal use only and may not be resold commercially without prior arrangement. Portions of source code are copyrighted and may not be redistributed without permission.

The final cost of your project includes all coding, testing and debugging related to your project, as well as any other time expenditures we determine to be relevant. A minimum one-hour charge applies to all first-time customers.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of EasyExpertForex.com. Because of the high volume of work requests, we can only begin work on your project once the minimum required deposit has been received.

It is your responsibility to test your expert advisor to ensure that it is functioning to your specifications. In the event that you find a error in your expert advisor, we will make a good faith attempt to fix it. Additional feature requests or incomplete system specifications may incur additional fees.

It is recommended that you thoroughly backtest and optimize any expert advisor, as well as forward trade it on a demo account for several weeks before using it on a live account.

All software is to be used at your own risk. EasyExpertForex.com cannot be held liable for any financial losses incurred through the use of our software. You are solely responsible for your own trading activities!
